A banker by trade, EDC Executive Director Dave Mirantz has been working to help shape the economic development landscape in Deerfield Beach since 2010, when he joined the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He had the privilege of chairing that Board in 2013 and 2014. Currently, he is the chair of the Chamber’s Government Relations Committee. Deerfield Beach is a paradise and an ideal location for any size business considering relocating. We have the most undeveloped commercial/industrial land of any city in Broward County, and we also have the beach and every major highway in South Florida directly intersecting with DFB. It is a city dedicated to economic development.”
